Front Office Agent – Part-Time Role, 20 hrs/week (w/m/d)
Vienna Erdberg
Part-time
Permanent employee
A new chapter begins – welcome to Tribera!
Are you a people person who loves being at the center of a buzzing hospitality environment? As a Front Office Agent at Tribera Vienna Erdberg, you'll be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive — welcoming them, helping them settle in, and making sure their day-to-day needs are taken care of. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that's perfect for someone early in their hospitality career who wants to learn, grow, and be part of something exciting.
What You'll Do:
- Guest Welcome & Check-In/Out: Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive first and last impression.
- Day-to-Day Guest Support: Be the go-to person for guest questions, requests, and minor issues during your shift — escalating to the Front Office Manager or Resident Manager when needed.
- Reservations & Inquiries: Handle incoming booking inquiries and reservation requests, and assist with responses to guest feedback across direct channels and OTA platforms.
- Administrative Tasks: Support accurate record-keeping, documentation, and reporting tasks as directed by the Front Office Manager, ensuring everything is up to date and in line with Tribera's standards.
- Property Rounds: Carry out regular walkthroughs of the property to ensure common areas are clean, presentable, and functioning, flagging any issues to the relevant team.
- Room Cleanliness: Inspecting and controlling the cleanliness of all apartments prior to guests check ins.
- Safety & Security: Support basic safety and security procedures during your shift, including access control and escalating any incidents appropriately.
- Team Support: Work closely with the Front Office Manager and the wider property team, pitching in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Some prior experience in a customer-facing role in hospitality, accommodation, or a service environment is a plus — but we're also open to motivated candidates who are just starting out in their hospitality career.
- Guest Focus: A warm, friendly, and professional manner with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and well looked after.
- Willingness to work the evening shift (no later than 21:00 or 22:00) Monday through Friday's. Weekends and holiday hours can fluctuate.
- Reliability: A dependable team player who takes their responsibilities seriously and can be counted on during busy periods, including weekends, holidays and shift work.
- Organizational Skills: Good attention to detail and a tidy, methodical approach to administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Tech Comfort: Basic familiarity with MS Office and a willingness to learn property management and reservation systems.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and working knowledge of English is a must!
- Right to Work: Applicants must have a pre-existing right to work in Austria. This position is not eligible for visa or work permit sponsorship.

Born from the merger of BaseStack Living and Milestone, Tribera brings together student living, co-living, and short stays under one roof. Our spaces are design-led, community-first, and flexible by default, because real life isn’t one-size-fits-all.
We’re building places where people feel connected, inspired, and supported to live life their way. And we’re growing fast, which means there’s plenty of room to shape what comes next, together.
